Overseas Employment Promoter licence
Diyar-e-Rehmat Manpower Services is authorised by the Government of Pakistan, through the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, to recruit, process and facilitate Pakistani workers for employment abroad. The licence is issued under the Emigration Ordinance, 1979 and the Emigration Rules, 1979, and is non-transferable.

Zaireen Group Organizer registration
Diyar-e-Rehmat Travels (Private) Limited is registered with the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony as a Zaireen Group Organizer (ZGO). This authorises the company to organise and conduct visits for Pakistani Zaireen to Iran, Iraq and Syria, and to provide services under the agreed package and ministry rules.

Issued by the Department of Tourist Services under the Travel Agencies Act, 1976, this licence authorises Diyar-e-Rehmat Travels Pvt. Ltd. to provide the following services:

Organised tours for Pakistani citizens to foreign countries.
